What’s the difference between D-Mannose and Cranberry PACs (36mg PAC)?

D-Mannose is another high-quality supplement for UTI prevention which focuses on E.coli bacteria. We recommend it when someone has complicated recurrent UTIs or has trigger-associated UTIs (such as sex, swimming, travel, etc).

Utiva UTI control contains the researched dose of 36mg of proanthocyanidins (PACs), that can prevent a range of bacterias from sticking to the bladder wall and help to prevent UTIs.

Can I take D-Mannose and Cranberry PACs (36mg PAC) at the same time?
